The dies for this Storecard were cut in 1864 and the piece is listed in the third edition of the CWT Storecard reference as 760A-6f.  The piece is not listed as having been struck in Silver in any of the early references on Bolen's work.  However, a silver example was first catalogued in the May 5, 1874 Cogan Sale of the Parker collection.  It is believed that this was the same piece recently sold in the Stacks June 2017 sale, where it realized $4465, lot 9096.
