Siege of Prague, 1757
Johan-Georg Holtzey was one of the most famous Engraver in the early 18th Century. This medal is related to the siege of Prague on May 6th, 1757, and it is a good example of the 18th C. Medal Art. 

Obverse: FRIDERICUS.MAGN.REX.BORVSS.ET.BRAND.SILES.ET.  Bust of Frederic II of Prussia to the right and wearing his armor. 

Reverse: FAMA.PRVDENTIA.ET.VIRTVUTE.  A Winged Victory to the left with a shield in her left hand and lightning in her right hand as personified Bohemia is on her knee to the right. In the exergue, it reads : AUSTR.EXERC.PROPE.PRAG.FVUNDIT.CAESO.ET.PRAGA.OBSESSA.VI.MAJI.MDCCLVII.
