This variety consists of the reverse of JAB-5 muled with the reverse of JAB-9. The Die Sinker die was cut in 1862. The Liberty Cap die in 1864. Both dies are currently in the ANS collection. 

The piece pictured sold for $1200 in the February 2019 Stacks-Bowers auction, lot 53.  It is the only example I have seen offered for sale.
